  1. Deletes the contact category if it exists.
  2. Removes the deleted category's ID from all associated contacts in the contact table.

Delete Branch "Ashtush_Task#265_Delete_Contact_Category"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
